My Reading Routine

Hi guyssssss! How ya doin? As you can see from the title, I’m gonna be telling y’all about my reading routine. So most of the time I just read whenever I have the time because like… homework… but there are those rare occasions when I am able to pamper myself and just set the mood to have a really good reading experience. I figured I would post this now because when I think of reading routines, I think of coziness, and coziness=fall… 🍁! Haha my first official fall post! Kinda. So without further ado…!

So normally before I start reading, I like to shower. I like doing this because it just makes me feel so clean and fresh, and I’m always tend to be in a more alert mood after showering. (Which is especially good if I’m reading at night)

After showering I like put on some comfy clothes. It makes me feel so cozzzyyyyy. 🍁

Next I like to grab myself some water or coffee, so that if I get thirsty I don’t have to interrupt my reading, because that’s always a bother.

Finally I like to jump in my bed and cocoon myself with pillows and blankets, pick up my book, and start readingggggg! This is like one of the most satisfying feelings ever, I’m sure any book enthusiast can relate.

Alright guys that’s all I have! I hope you enjoyed, and comment down below what you like to do before and while you read. Also, just in case you were wondering, I’m currently reading Thunderhead, by Neal Shusterman, the sequel to Scythe!

Byeeeeeee! Xoxoxoxo

  1. Great post! Me personally I don’t have a routine, I just read whenever I can. Five dead minutes before lunch? Time to read! Car trip to the grocery store! Time to read! A couple of minutes before bed! Time to- oh you get the idea.
